All handwoven beaded jewellery comes with a 12 month unravelling warranty (effective from the date of purchase). This means that, if the threaded beadwork on your jewellery unravels within the warranty period, we will fix or remake the item for you free of charge or offer you a full refund if the beads/materials are longer available.
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse or careless handling, for example if you drop your jewellery and shatter the glass beads.
This warranty does not include most of our semi-precious beaded items as these are made using jewellery wire, not thread. That said, please do contact us if you have any problems with an item of semi-precious jewellery purchased from us and, where we can fix the item for you, we will happily do so (free of charge where possible).
This does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer regulations.
