Returns Information

We operate a 30 day refund policy as set out below.

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

If you purchase an item and change your mind about it, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund (the 30 days are counted from the date we dispatch the item to you and you will receive an email on the date of postage for your records).  Special conditions apply in respect of earrings, see below,  We will refund the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost, provided the item is returned unused in its original condition, with any tags attached, and in its original gift box. You will need to enclose a completed Returns Form with your returned item (the form can be found on the bottom of the shipping note enclosed with your order). It is advisable to use a tracked service when returning an item to us as you are responsible for it until it is delivered to us. Please email us at before returning any item to make us aware and to confirm the returns process.

Earrings are supplied in a closed plastic packet with a security seal. For reasons of hygiene, a refund for earrings will only be offered where they are returned to us in their original packaging, with the plastic packet unopened and the security seal intact.  If the security seal is peeled or removed, no refund can be offered.

NB: Please note that most costume/imitation jewellery will lose colour due to materials used in their manufacture and we are unable to offer refunds for items that have discoloured following use. Discolouration will be influenced by the way you care for the jewellery and the environment in which you store it.

What if I receive a damaged/faulty item or the wrong item?

If we accidentally miss a defect and send you a faulty/damaged item or the wrong item, please email us at as soon as possible and return the item to us within 30 days, in its original gift box.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within two working days of us receiving the returned item. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on the payment provider, but please do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions or if there are any problems and we will always help in any way we can.
