These stars are folded using luxury recycled paper that is hand made using left over cotton from the garment industry in India.  It's printed with a traditional Indian motif in gold and silver paint.  
 
This style of star is single sided, which means that the plain underside of the paper and some folds are visible on the back of the star (see photo).   Traditionally origami does not contain any glue and I have adhered to that tradition for these stars.
 
Each star is approximately 8cm in length and has a 6cm green wire hook for hanging, however, if you prefer string for hanging, just email us after you have placed your order to let us know and your stars will be made with a string loop for hanging.
 
The pack contains three hanging stars.
